MSC Tender Process For Voyagers Club Diamond Members

I have upcoming MSC cruises with stops in Belize and Grand Cayman. What is the process for tender ports on MSC? I am Diamond in Voyagers Club due to the status match. Do we need to pick up tender tickets at some point?  I assume MSC excursions have priority, then Yacht Club, followed by Diamond members?

This is our experience on 12/4 Mera sailing (Diamond status match) with a Belize port.  We went to the place issuing the tender ticket and shown them our Cruise Card.  When they called next  group number they also stated that included priority too we then walked with that group down to get on the tender (no waiting for us).

I believe those with excursions met in somewhere else not in the same place that issued tender ticket to general populations.

We also tried to use our diamond tender passes but were just lumped with the waiting group.
