Captain's Club phone rep could see the "missing" points, even though I can't see those points on the web site or on the app. They sent a ticket to IT. We'll see whether I will be able to see my Captain's Club points later. Perhaps people with missing Power Up Points could be experiencing a similar IT issue. All you need to do to see the points and status again is to go to your profile and delete you CC number and then Re-Enter. I did it using the App and was fixed in a matter of seconds.
