Refund for cancelled onboard package

I’m wondering if anyone has experience with the timeframe. We are cruising in Jan 16th and I had pre purchased 2 coffee cards. We ended up with more OBC than planned so I cancelled the coffee cards last Thursday with the plan to buy onboard using OBC. I still don’t see a refund (not even pending) on my credit card.

Ours took about a week to show up.

Thank you! Hopefully soon then.  I’llfeel better re- buying onboard once I know the first one is refunded.

Also, check your travel summary now to make sure you don’t see the coffee packages on there now.
