Princess Casino Booking

I received a casino offer and a phone number to call for booking.   I have been on hold for over 5 hours already.   We are now 10 minutes past their business hours and I am still listening to their hold music.   Has anyone else had such terrible issues trying to reach the Princess Casino to take advantage of their offers?    I am so frustrated but already invested over 5 hours.   Not sure if they will still take my call or do they just closed down the phone lines and not take all calls that have been in their queue for over 5 hours.

Thank you so much for the speedy reply.    You are probably right.   I was sharing my frustration with my husband and he said the same thing that it could possibly be a holiday for them today.    So that might be true but way didn’t they have a message that states their offices were closed today.    Instead, they put you on hold with a message that states over and over again to hold for the next available representative.    
Again, thank you for replying so quickly.    I’ll try again tomorrow.

I spoke with someone in the Casino Department yesterday, so it wasn’t the Holiday.  I was on hold for about 30 minutes or so.  I had booked a casino rate on Thursday using a courtesy hold.  When I went into my account on Sunday to put down the deposit, the casino rate had not been applied.  I called yesterday and was transferred to the Casino Department.  They took care of it and I am now all set.

I called them a few days ago..was on hold a very long time then pushed the button for a call back. Someone called me back within 20 minutes..From now on, I will use that feature .I have also called them as soon as they open and that works well.

Excellent advice!!!!! 

I called about 40 minutes ago and asked for a call back, so far I am still waiting.    I can’t even seem to get as far as the booking process so they even have an opportunity to make a mistake.   😵💫

I’ll be patient and keep waiting.

Using two phone lines. Three hours holding and no call back on the other! What is going on?  Situation is worse than ever. I called 7am PT because recording said they open 7am. Got a sorry we are closed with a repeat of the 7am start time. GRRR! 

Bring back the good old Princess days.

Yes, on our recent confirmation my husband's name was misspelled so not matching his passport. After over 40 cruises with Princess, now they cannot spell his name correctly....It was an easy fix though.

Finally a NAVIGATOR called me back. My booking is correct numbers etc. I paid taxes port fees and transfers. Now I want to purchase air through EZ air.  CC members have warned me not to  purchase EZ air tickets through personalizer online. Navigator says no problem do it. EZ air rep said no problem do it.  Will the casino dept make sure my tickets are issued at correct time?  Will the air be connected to my cruise booking? Will this casino comped cruise turn into a nightmare for me?

I agree, please bring back our OLD Princess.   I really miss their great service on and off the ships.

I called this morning and requested a call back.    I got called back after 1 hour and 50 minutes.      The call went good and we got booked.    Confirmation looked good after reviewing it very carefully.

Finally I have my flight after waiting all day getting several useless callbacks. Navigator at casino services connected me to a guest services rep. Of course it was another 30 minutes before he came on the phone  at 7:30 here on the east coast . I was worried phones would shut down for the night. Good luck to everyone on your CCC (Casino Comped Cruise).
