I know there have been some recent changes
Can you still combine Cruise Next Certs with $off myVegas vouchers?

Thanks

I just used both on a cruise I booked about 2 weeks ago. $500 off voucher and 2 cruise next certificates.

Yes as long as the terms of both offers are followed (booking dates etc.)

OK...I'm sure this is a long shot  but worth an ask.

I stupidly used my $500 voucher on a cruise in Feb & realized that with the Caesars 20% off that it was pointless to use the voucher as the discount would be the same.

If I call would NCL let me switch the MyVegas voucher to another booking (then apply my Caesars discount to the original booking).

I'm 99% sure I cannot do this, but wondering if anyone has tried to switch the MyVegas voucher to another booking.

(It's not about the points...I have far too many. But I have a cruise in Sept I'm looking at but I can't get a voucher until Aug. 11. MIGHT still be able to book...but you never know)

You can move your cruise/certificate  if the certificate has not expired in NCL system and you are more than 120 days out from booking to be changed.

you likely won’t be able to grab another certificate until a new batch opens in September.

Awesome. I will try to call Monday.

In the Terms & Conditions under the reward it says every 30 days.

But when I tried to buy it yesterday, I got a message saying every 60 days, so in August.

I think the answer is “technically” no, you can not move the MyVegas reward certificate, however they “may” be willing to do it if you call NCL Casinos at Sea. A few months back  I had a reward that was about to expire. I called about a different matter and the agent saw the reward on my account was about to expire and suggested that I book a cruise as far out as the terms would allow. Then when I found a specific cruise I wanted she could just move the reward as long as the original cruise was still 120 days out. Your Feb cruise would be, so you might be able to move the reward to a new booking allowing you to apply the Caesar’s discount to the one in Feb.

I did a quick search, and I think I have the answer, but can someone verify that if you choose you cruise solo, they only apply half of the MyVegas certificate amount? Thanks a bunch.

Nope, got 100% applied on mine 😃

wow, that's awesome. Thanks for the quick reply.

In fact the reward specifically only covers you as the guest. So even when two people are traveling the reward is only applied to your fare. Ex. The base cruise fare is $900 or $450 each. Your half zeros out and you lose $50 of the reward but the 2nd guest is still responsible for the entire $450.

If I'm able to redeem a voucher does that mean I'll be able to use it? I don't want to waste loyalty points redeeming a voucher and then when I call to book they tell me I can't use it because it hasn't been xxx days since I last used a voucher

If I book 2 separate solo cabins, would each guest be able to use their own myVegas voucher? I'm going with my dad but we don't mind staying in different cabins. Would I be able to do the booking for both of us or will my dad have to call to book his cabin?

If the vouchers are on separate names, you should be able to just call twice, give the latitudes number of yourself and pay, then call, give them your dad's latitudes and pay.

So tried to buy another $500 voucher this week as when I clicked on it last week it said I could not buy any until Aug. 11, 2024.

When I clicked on it, it said your limit has been reached.

So bought a $250.

I now see in Terms & Conditions it says limit of one reward per player.

I recall rewards coming out in "batches"--will this "reset" when another batch comes out (which I realize is nearly impossible to tell when it does?

(BTW, NCL WAS willing to let me swap my $500 MyVegas voucher from a cruise I had booked when I realized that my Caesars discount was about the same. OF COURSE the cruise price had risen enough that it wasn't worth it, but nice to know they would)
