Does anyone know if you can cancel/rebook a cruise that you already have a deposit on to get the myVIP rewards applied?

We have a cruise booked for October 2025 (I know, I would have to buy the $750 next Feb/Mar 2025 as they expire in the same year.  Just trying to plan).

We already have 2 CruiseNext deposits down, plus the extra deposit for our Haven room and a 10% off coupon since they had canceled our other cruise.  All is done via our PCC whom we usually work with for all reservations and questions.

I would cancel and rebook via the Casino program if they could apply all the same $$$ and discounts as I have now, ONCE I can purchase the $750 off coups (as long as they still have it next year).

How long for your coupon to be available? I redeemed a coupon yesterday, but I haven’t received the email and when I was booking the cruise, the agent said my coupon was unavailable at this time.

It was available right away for me in my wallet.. called the number the next day and applied it.

Any1 think the 250, 500, or 750 offers will be around in 2025? Im hoping some1 here has any inside knowledge. Hoping to do an African Cruise in 2025

Absolutely no way to know...

One never knows when these rewards will go...or return...or when they will extend the dates.

European $1000, $750, $500, and $250 off rewards just showed up. Book for a cruise sailing by 12/31/24.

I was restricted in the apps due to just using a $750 off from purchasing another of the general $ off reward but I was able to get the $1000 off Europe reward. Hopefully this means I can use it when I book.

We have used the $ off promo twice. Both of us could use it for each booking. We bought it on friday and called in on sunday to book it and were told it is now just one reward per cabin. Can no longer use one per person. You could get another answer of course but we were told it changed on Thursday and would no longer be allowed.

I've called 3 times, 3 different people and all said the same.  Only 1 Myvegas per CABIN now.

How did you manage to get the 1000 off when the the app said no? My apps says 60 days waiting time from the last purchase and will not let me buy a new one.

I booked a Barcelona cruise using my $750 reward about three or four days ago. Yesterday I discovered the $1000 off a Europe cruise. I contacted my CAS representative via email and asked her to switch my booking to the thousand dollars off. If she can’t do that, I am sure I can cancel/rebook as the cruise is not until November.  I was very surprised that I was able to get the reward for the $1000 since my $750 still showed pending. All I did was tap on it and it assigned me the reward confirmation number and I got an email confirming it too. It didn’t even ask me my email info and name like I have had to do in the past. Try using a different app I did it through pop.  I am in the USA if it makes any difference. In the past I was never allowed to get another reward if I had one pending. This time it was different.

Maybe it’s a glitch. I don’t remember which app I used. It’s possible they might have fixed it. I haven’t tried to book yet so NCL might deny it in the end.

Well after seeing a few people post last week about not being able to use 2 rewards per cabin any longer I'm going to have to believe it's true booooo.

I'm happy I got 3 bookings using the $750 reward for me and husband, two of them upcoming for this year. Will have to figure something out for next year, maybe back to Carnival. Seems they miss me since I have some good offers lol.

I was also able to get  the $1000 Europe reward and was able to replace my $750 reward on a Europe cruise I had booked a few days ago!!!

Can you use the Myvegas ($750) plus Nextcruise $500 plus cruise first $500?  All 3 for cruise, tips, taxes, etc?

I used $1000 reward which can be applied  to cabin only but 2 CN can also be used toward booking everything!  Plus  with the current 3 up offer you can use 3 CN for balcony and above!  Not sure about cruise first. This is using my CAS rep.

Was planning on both me and my wife using the $750 deal together, but now with the news that they are enforcing the one reward per room thing, what would be the downside to each of us booking our own single, with the cruise fare for a single still being around the $750, or slightly over?  Would this work or am I missing something?

If you are okay with being apart in a little room then it would work. Availability might be an issue.

Did you adjust the guest number when doing a mock booking to make sure it is actually only $750 per cabin? Or were you still looking at the cabin based on double occupancy? If it is truly $750 for the cabin then get two adjoining rooms. You can either each enjoy a big bed to yourselves or still share one cabin but have the other one available for an extra bathroom. Plus if you both own shares you can get the Shareholder OBC on both rooms and apply CN to each booking to decrease the port fees and taxes more.

I've been blocked from NCL rewards purchase for "1 per 60 days" rule.  The problem is my last was in December with 1 per 30 days terms.  No response from customer service.

Priority support answered me after two weeks with no useful information then closed my ticket.

It's possible the European offers are considered a different batch so not restricted by the waiting time in the other offers.

OK...I have a $750 coupon.

I understand that I can only apply it to my fare--can I use it to cover my taxes & fees as well, or ONLY the cruise fare?Thx
