It’s been awhile but some new cruises showed up. I’m seeing Alaska out of Seattle on the Bliss and Mexico out of Los Angeles. Looks like the NCL partnership is still going. If only those $750/$500 off rewards would come back.

I was worried when I saw a bunch of Royal Caribbean Australia/New Zealand cruises show up and NCL’s were always sold out. FYI, not everyone is seeing the Royal comp cruises at the moment. I booked the 16 night Transpacific one (Brisbane to Hawaii) for April on Quantum of the Seas. Unlike NCL, there was no admin fee.

I take it as a sign they will continue the partnerships. Where’s MSC? Fingers crossed for more comp cruises.

Saw them 2 nights ago and got excited, finally Alaska from Seattle. But too little too late, leaving this weekend on the Celebration and after that can't swing another cruise☹️

Apparently the RC cruises are not available to everyone. They do not show up for me.

I just booked my first NCL award, a $250 off cert.  I didn't know how this all worked, and wasn't expecting the $79 fee, but I guess it's still $170 off the cost of the cruise for paying nothing to MyVegas.  I was also able to combine this with a $250 cruise next cert, and a 50% off coupon that NCL was kind enough to deposit on my account.  Made for a good value when it was all done

I had a 20% off Europe coupon that they combined with the myVegas $500 off. I know some people got a 50% off Alaska coupon. The only restriction they told me was I couldn’t mix different casino promos like Caesars’ 20% off but the regular NCL promos were fine. Subject to the promo’s terms of course. I also got the Shareholder benefit of $250 OBC.

Sounds like the typical inconsistent NCL service. Next time just call back and get another person or check/ask here first.

Hopefully they’ll open it up soon. There are about 38 Royal cruises so I don’t see why they would restrict them. I’m not a big player on myVEGAS. I just spent maybe $200 or $300 since I started 2.5 years ago but never made it high enough to get a host. I do have a five premium rewards limit and sometimes see special get together rewards that aren’t widely available.

Does anyone know the current T&Cs regarding how many NCL rewards can be redeemed within what time frame?  It says 30 days but I keep reading about this 180 days in between ?bookings?sailings?  I also read that once redeemed, Playstudios has rejected the rewards for whatever reason and people have to pay the difference or cancel/forfeit what's already been paid, depending on final payment date.  Any insight would be appreciated.  Thanks!  Getting a response from a live person at Playstudios has been a nightmare.

Where did you read this? Did they violate the terms and conditions?

FB group.  Anecdotal stories of people able to redeem, book with NCL rep, then had NCL call them back because Playstudios rejected the reward....presumably for being less than 180 days between bookings.  The issue is, currently there is no verbiage that mentions 180 days but I don't want to lose my LPs and my money in case they have some type of unwritten rule.

For what it’s worth, I booked three cruises using $750, $500, and $500 off coupons within the 180 days but it was months ago. The last was booked in May. I went on one already and the second one is in October with the last in December.  Both still happening as far as I know. If there was a problem they hopefully would have informed me months ago. Initially they had that 180 day verbiage but it disappeared and eventually the dollar off coupons disappeared completely.

Maybe there was a problem with the allocation or just the “comp” cruises and they went over capacity but who knows. I wonder how recent this was happening but yeah I’d be super mad but not surprised when two companies like Playstudios and NCL partner up.

I redeemed NCL last week that read "Limited to one NCL cruise in-app purchase every 30 days ".  I have run into various problems with Playstudios advertising cruises incorrectly, but they always relented with a "one time courtesy credit" for my loyalty points after my persistence over their errors.

That's encouraging news, and I'm sure you'll be fine.  The stories I read were about NCL calling them back soon after booking that PS rejected the reward, and it was during the months when the 180 day verbiage was floating around.  I'm merely hoping for confirmation that it is indeed 30 days currently, and not still 180 days, but have had no luck reaching one human who can clarify the T&Cs.  Enjoy your cruises!

Yeah, I'm trying not to have to do that if I can just make an informed decision based on the current terms.  The bigger issue than losing LPs is the real possibility of not getting a refund should they reject the reward after booking with NCL, as the cruise I'm interested in is within the 120 day final payment window.

It's still the case that not everyone is seeing the Royal Caribbean cruises. There's a new one under myEvents for a myVIP cruise Voyager of the Seas from Galveston, TX. A 5 nights group cruise in November for 5 million points. They had group cruises for NCL before. I take it as a great sign they aren't doing anything exclusive to one cruise line. I assume I see all the NCL cruises since I see the Royal ones too but who knows for sure.

I don't know if they'll do it the same for this group cruise but the Navigator of the Seas one I did out of Los Angeles, had priority boarding, special get togethers, food/snacks, a slot tournament, and drinks in the casino and at some of the events. In Cabo, we ate and drank at one of the places on the beach.
