graysonman Posted January 23, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 23, 2023 Hi everyone, I have been looking for ways to get to the Port of Civitavecchia from Rome hotels. I understand that Romecabs seems to be a good option (I know it is not the cheapest one) but I also see that some hotels offer transfers to the port as well. Has anyone done the hotel transfers or is it better to do Rome cabs. I am specifically looking at Hotel Navona which has been recommended by others on the Rome port boards. Has anyone used this service? Just wondering as we are looking to get our trip booked. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions offered. CruiserBruce Posted January 23, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 23, 2023 The hotels will be arranging with car or shuttle services. Not directly provide the transport, it's over an hour and 15 minutes. . There are many mentioned here. Romecabs is one, Rome in Limo is another. Rare cruisemom42 Posted January 23, 2023 #4 Share Posted January 23, 2023 It doesn't really matter -- it's just a transfer. A car ride by one company versus one set up by the hotel with likely another company..... Frankly I'd go with whichever one is less expensive.
