Confused with your post , 

Queen Victoria guests were invited to a cocktail reception on the 25th January . The venue was out on the Lido deck 9 . The Captain and senior officers were present . 

 

When you refer to no Bar service are you referring to 'Sitting at the Bar Top'

There was a private party-I am Diamond and no large parties a la QM2.

I have friends who are presently on the NY-So'ton-Dubai segment of the QM2 world cruise. They do not know if the World Club party was actually held as they are both quarantined in their cabin with COVID. They say there is a lot of COVID about, but of course no-one will give the real numbers.

On QM2 there was a world club party for everyone doing the full trip and those departing in Dubai, held in the Queens room. Those departing in Singapore will have their party on the next sector.
