Adding a couple to our dining reservation

How do I get them added once onboard?

Just make the reservation for four, really easy.

If you have access to the concierge, they can definitely assist with this once on board.  If you don't, there will be a place that deals with dinner reservations every day so look on your daily planner or head to guest services and they'll point you in the right direction.
