What has changed in the last five years?

We are booked on Carnival Liberty for April 2023 going to Nassua and Princess Cays. We will have the grandkids with us this cruise. We have not been on a cruise since pre-Covid. I was hoping you all could tell me if there have been any major chagnes in the last 5 years.

According to the cruisers on here, you are given a lunchable and don't see any crew the whole time.
