Cleaning the bottom of Carnival Splendor this week

Just had a change of itinerary as they have to scrape the bottom of Splendor  for the 29th Jan cruise   We miss a 2nd day at Mystery Island and it becomes a sea day and they swapped around the ports of Vila and the 1st Mystery Island stop and they say shorter hours on land but no details as yet.   $50 pp compensation up to $100 per cabin   It may be interesting watching the divers work if we have a good view!!!

Shame they can't do it off the NSW coast. That way, they could do the cleaning during a cruise to nowhere without affecting the itinerary.

Have they a diving tour on ? Otherwise you won't see nothing.
