Adding a couple to specialty reservation

We have 2 dinners reserved with another couple and now need to add another couple to join

Where do I head once onboard to get them added?

When make show reservations thru the app or onboard can you include others you are traveling with? 
Do you need their reservation number when doing that ?

I use online chat to make these kind of changes.

Just get everyone to book individually and then turn up together. They don’t allocate seats.
