Canadian Whiskey on first day out of Galveston?

What kind of Canadian whiskey is available on sail away day from Galveston?

Here is the drink menu for the first few hours out of Galveston.

It was truly amazing to watch the bartenders pack up and store all the Texas liquor as we got into international waters. Pain in the backside, for sure.

They don't carry Wiser's which is my preferred rye whiskey

Because they are only allowed to serve product actually purchased in Texas (and pay associated taxes, etc.) while in Texas waters.  So they have a Texas 'stash' that gets put away as soon as they clear.

Oh wow. You are right. That does sound like a pain. I've never sailed out of Galveston.
