More Questions about X and FBC

So we are booked for 5/7 cruise on the Apex.  As soon as they were available we booked flights thru Flights By Celebrity.  I am now trying to get transfers and I am getting a message that we can't book them since our flight is at 12:40 pm and it has to be after 1:00 pm.  Since I have called and gotten nowhere I decided to email to the email address on the FBC page - see below.  I got this response from them "Thank you for contacting Celebrity Cruises International Groups Request inbox. The booking number provided in your email is being handled by our North America/Canada reservations team. This inbox is reserved for International inquiries."

So I decided to check the FBC page again.  Note the hours of operation:  8 am to 5 pm IST - India Standard Time.  Not sure if they are just providing information for Europe since this is a European Cruise but really I need to call them in the middle of the night??  Guess I have to call the Sales number.  Taking a vacation should not be this difficult.🙃

I believe you are in the U.S., the phone number to use for FBC is ‪(800) 533-7803‬.

You will need to provide your cruise reservation number.

I have not had an issue calling between 7.30a - 6p est at least...

bon voyage

It is eye opening that the hours of operation are expressed as the local time for the call center.

Did you know that India Standard Time is offset by 30 minutes from its neighboring time zones?  It's GMT + 5.5 hrs.  I have a climbing friend that told me that Nepal's time zone is offset by 45 minutes!
