Yep. Just  as easy (or easier) to simply stop by the venue and book there.

I'm finding that even booking on the app before the cruise, specialty dining times before 8:30 are booked or not available at all on some days.  Friends of ours booked onboard last month at Sabatinis and all they could get was 9:15 on the last day of the cruise.  However, they got on a waiting list in case of a cancellation and got in at 7:30 that same day.

I am trying to find out where in the medallion to book the specialty restaurants. I was in the app last week and found it, but not I can not. Anyone help?  Sorry to insert into this thread.

It's under "Dine My Way" -> "View or book individual daildy reservations"

Either in the App or in the "web version" on Princess.com (after logging in...)

still unable to book our two premier specialty dining reservations for our cruise 6 weeks out not on medallion or on website  yet it says we have dining credits

We have same problem regarding Crown Princess cruise to Hawaii in April.

Your best bet may just be to call in and get it reserved...

I was able to book a Specialty Dining reservation using the Web Version of the Medallion App on my laptop.

after four weeks finally got SD done....bring back customer and booking service to the states IMO
