Covid test in Barcelona?

We have a cruise from Barcelona in July.

 

If we need a test, PCR or antigen, where do we get it? Will we need an appointment? How long does it take to get the result?

I thought we do not need one for Europe only if it is TransAtlantic.  I am on a cruise in July as well.  What is your date?

Right now it doesn't seem to be needed but that can change.  We want to be prepared for everything!
