Is anyone else having issues with Captains Club level not showing up?

I am Diamond on RCL, and just booked my first Celebrity Cruise.  Up until today, it showed me as "Elite" on the X website, as it should.  Today I show as ZERO points.  I will call, but if there is a glitch others are having, I can wait.

 

Anyone?

Heard from my travel agent that it is a glitch, and Celebrity is working on fixing it.

Yes all of us, its been like this for 2-3 of weeks. Just wait they will fix it and you will be Elite on your cruise.

If it makes you feel any better,  call the captains club number and click on the number for the automated info for your number of points. It should be correct. Yes, the website is having problems.

This has been written about over and over. It’s a glitch in Celebrity’s IT, which they claim they are fixing. 
Some people are having luck fixing it on their own with this method.

Sign into your Celebrity account, delete you Capt Club number, sign out.

Sign back in, add your Capt Club number again, sign out.

Sign back in and your points hopefully re-instated.

If this is your first Celebrity cruise you will not have any points, your status of Elite is due to your Diamond status.  Each program will only list points for cruises sailed on their ships.
