Booking excursions-best process?

When excursions open to me, is it best to pick the excursion, put it in your cart, book another excursion and put that one in your cart etc..until you have all your chosen excursions in your cart, and then pay for them all at once

OR

pay for them as you go along? Pay for each one as you choose them?

Pay as you go and it’s also faster if you use EFT since you can pre-enter the info. I was in the middle of our Tuscany post extension when our slot opened for our next cruise. It was 9:00 PM and was concerned (DV cabin) but I was able to book everything in about 10 minutes by paying for each high demand excursions first, then went back and did the included tours. Plan the work, work the plan.

And keep your fingers crossed they don't sell out before you can book. Three sold out on ours before DV can book. Even PV haven't opened yet but have found out we are the last sector of a combined cruise so the first sector opens completely before PV and DV on ours can pick.
