islabahia Posted February 16, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2023 If I pre-purchase OBC and don’t use it, is it refundable?

phoenix_dream Posted February 16, 2023 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2023 I confess I don't understand why you would? Any spending onboard can just be charged to your credit card.

wrk2cruise Posted February 18, 2023 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2023 (edited) Some international travelers do it to lock in exchange rate. I have personally done it twice to take advantage of the Amex promo to spend $500 and get $150/$175 statement credit on already paid sailings. The promo doesn't work to pay the onboard account.
