Does the Bliss use Starlink internet & WiFi? Is connectivity pretty good throughout the ship & staterooms?

No. As far as I know, it was tested on one ship. While NCL’s parent company has stated their intentions to move forward with Starlink, I have not seen any deployment plans for NCL. 
 

Connectivity is good throughout the ship with the old satellite Wi-Fi.

And, for clarity - the internal ship WiFi will not be Starlink, ONLY the satellite uplink will be Starlink.  So, whatever the connectivity throughout the ship is now (which was pretty good in 2019) will remain as it is once Starlink comes to the ship.

Any update on this?  Trying to determine if I should upgrade to the premium unlimited or the regular unlimited Wi-Fi for an April 2024 Alaska cruise.  Thanks!

@ddlb I don't think it matters which you select, the speed will be the same.  The difference is which ports open for use while connected.
