Cruising on March 12th, not in Yacht club, no rooms left, booked to late.  Question, is we will be sold out for our cruise, has anyone been on her with a sold out fare? if so, how crowded is she? We are brining our 79 year old mother on a mother, daughter, sister's, granddaughter cruise. We have two balcony adjoining rooms, but my mom will need assistance walking with either wheel chair or walker.

There are many of us that are reporting receiving gelatos (and some crepes) outside the YC and are not being charged.

Yet lo and behold, many of us are blest with a complimentary treat, extra bottle of liquor (Or 2), extra Pringles, nuts, or Toblerone all complimentary beyond the first helping and when reported all hell breaks loose.

First Rule of Yacht Club…..😉

You couldn’t pick a worse week.

Here's a tip should one have an iphone. DO NOT SHUT PHONE DOWN. We thought that the time change would readjust if I turned the phone off and turned the phone back on again. It did not adjust and the wifi no longer 'recognized this device' and only way to get wifi back was to purchase a browse and stream for a third device ($$). Could not purchase a 'browse only' for a third device package, had to be browse and stream.

Hmmm.  A sold out St. Patrick's Day cruise.  What could possibly NOT go wrong?

The problem with any B2B cruise is finding varied entertainment venues. The acts are repeated not just weekly but nightly. The menus, though repeated weekly as well, one loves repeated favorites the following week. The attention one receives in the Yacht Club is what one remembers long after the cruise. We thought upon hearing about a once favorite butler, room steward, or cruise director now gone would mean our time on board would not live up to our past experiences. Au contraire. Just as fine, full of enthusiasm and smiles.

Are you on for a B2B?

Breezy beautiful day in San Juan. Shoelace tiedown corners of pergola are great help.

I've never seen those bags before.  Can't be Voyager Club gift, since it says YC, but they look better than the nylon drawstring bags!

IT on board wasn’t able (willing?) to fix this for you?

DW gives those nylon drawstring bags away and orders better bags online and then has them embroidered or printed. You said it best, happy DW happy DH.

Just sat through 2 hours of lovely entertainment in Le Cabaret Rouge. The sets last 50 minutes with 10 minutes intermission. Just wish the contortionist had more of a repertoire, than climbing through a tennis racket and escaping from a straight jacket. We were going to stay for another set, but when the contortionist walked out with his straight jacket under his arm we called it quits for the venue. Samulous is very good as is the violinist Marie and the band. The first evening there was a female vocalist, Calie who has not returned. She only performed once. The best entertainment on the ship is the Cabaret Rouge. It is hard to find a good seat without guests pulling chairs from behind right up to your backs. We enjoy the continuous entertainment format of the LCR from 8pm til 12.

Beautiful day in Puerto Plata DR. Arrived at 10 am. Pool attendant Manuel sets up pergola for the day ($5 tip). One item of notice is one never knows in advance what the specials of the day will be until one gets the daily program. Today's special is titled "Amigo Night Special Deal" today only, a special dinner discount of 30% for a la carte menu in our specialty restaurants (plus 15% gratuity).
