Show Reservations error

I’m getting errors when I try to make reservations for Six.   I’m 21 days out and others in my roll call have made reservations.  I’ve tried the app and the computer, updated the app, logged out and logged back in. I can choose my date, time, and guests then when hitting enter the error comes up.    I called NCL and they said they can’t help me because I booked via a big store with cheap hot dogs.   Is anyone else having this issue?   Are early reservations only if you book direct? Thanks

Yes I did and they told me to call.   I wonder if I call and get a different person if they could help?   My booking company opens for calls at 10am CST.  Thanks!

I booked through a TA and I'm able to book reservations for shows  using the computer.

I’m fairly new to cruising (this will be my third). It seems like this is an app or webpage  issue with NCL, so im not sure how the TA could fix that.  Previous to this issue the app has been fully navigable and I’m pretty app/computer savvy.   I’ll call the TA at 10 CST per NCL requirement and go from there!

That is the problem with "seems like" as a troubleshooting tool.

 

Given that the OP reports that others in the roll call had no issue, it would seem unlikely that the issue with the app AND the webpage. It could just as easily be an issue with the OP's account or with their PC/Phone.

 

FWIW, the TA doesn't have to "fix" the computer problem...they just have to make the desired bookings on behalf of their paying client. The TA should be able to do that with even having to know that the OP is having PC/Phone issues.

Do you have any dining reservations withing 2 1/2 hours of the show reservation? The system [used to] not allow you to book within exactly 120 minutes.... so if you had a dining reservation at 5:30 pm, the first show you could book was at 7:31 pm (basically, you needed a 2 1/2 hour gap).

That’s exactly what the issue was!  Kudos to my TA!    Reservations made!
