Does Royal Caribbean email on-board account statement after cruise?

Recommended Posts

Question for RC cruisers in Australia. After a cruise has ended, do you receive an email statement of your shipboard account? If so, is it in first couple weeks?  If not, and a refund is due from a cancelled shore excursion from missed port, do these refunds take time in your experience?

Your account should be emailed in the first 24 hours or so. With shore excursion cancellations, it is a bit more difficult, if you booked on the app prior to your cruise it could take 2 weeks to get your refund. If you booked via the Shore Excursion Desk, it should be immediate.

I got off Ovation yesterday morning. Statement was in my emails at 4am today. Also had a print out in my room about midday Tuesday, of course can also be checked on stateroom TV & app at all times when onboard
