I do not see where I can cancel a cruise online?

I had booked two cruises and want to cancel one of them.  I thought it was an option to cancel online.  Am I just missing it?  Thank you for your help.

Never seen an option to cancel online always needed to phone.

I think you have to call them or your TA depending on how you booked. I needed to cancel a booking a few weeks ago and also could not find a way online to cancel. 
 

easy to book online. Difficult to cancel in that respect.

I tried to call to cancel one, and every phone option says the department is closed.  
 

Do they open later on Saturdays, or are they in an area with the extreme California weather ?

They open at 8am pacific time.

If you booked directly with PCL, otherwise you have to call your TA/CVP.

 

Unless, of course it’s urgent!  Like this weekend.  Then, you should call PCL.

Unfortunately, there is no cancel button. But you can cancel using the online chat option when that’s open.

The big box travel agency has a very convenient online cancel option. Would be great if Princess offered that as well.

If you booked the cruise directly you can cancel it via a chat session, The chat session link is on hte bottom of the Princess web page,
