10% off shore excursions has disappeared

I have several seabourn cruises scheduled this year. I always choose the discount on shore excursions. Lately, the discount has gone bye bye. I signed out and back in, saved my preferences, to no avail. Any suggestions?

I just checked my account and as a silver member, 10% discount is still showing as available.

Is it available in 'your preferences'?    For a cruise next year, it is showing in our preferences but there are no excursions available yet so I can't test it out. 

 

I have just checked a cruise we have in August and it is showing for us on the website.  Have you looked on the app?  Because it is also showing there for our August cruise.

I just checked my account too, its working. Or you can always phone them to book it.

It is working on the app. I can book via the app.

I agree, that Preference box can be a bit wonky. I called Seabourn, and they made the adjustment. It's still greyed out but when I book an excursion, the 10% discount is available.
