Chops plus 1 dinning pkg questions??

Wondering if it’s better to book on day 1 or day 2? Also do they book that complimentary reservation for Chops? How is the best way to book the other reservation? If you decide you want to book something other than Chops, are you able to just book 2 restaurants of your choice?

Book everything right after boarding at one of the venues.

Book everything once on board at one of the specialty restaurants. Do it right away.  Prime spots fill up quickly.
