Where is the health questionnaire?

Early on I thought I saw a health questionnaire on the medallion site to be filled out a few days before the cruise.  Now I can’t find it. Am I mistaken?

It’s no longer required.

If you are on an enhanced cruise, the requirements for it will appear about 45 days out.

Glad I wasn’t the only one who searched around for it 🤣. Our cruise leaves in a couple of weeks am I was checking every day to see if it had popped up yet. Thanks for asking this question!

Its gone
