Apex - view off front of ship

Just wondering if there is anywhere outside, other than the Retreat, to get a good view off the front of the ship.  There seems to be an outside area off the Thermal Suite, but do you need the Thermal Suite pass to access it?

Try the Fitness Center. Not outside but the view should be very good.
