Thermal suite access for upper suites

Is thermal suite access included with higher level suite cabins (Royal, villa, etc.)on E class ships?

Yes the Royal Suite and higher have complimentary access to the Retreat.

 

My last 6-cuises I had access complimentary access to the Retreat.

We had access on Edge but even though suites were at 100% capacity, there were only 900 passengers.  We were in a PH.  We did not ask about it on Reflection in January and it was not offered.

Hi Mary Lou,

My experience was to just show up at the Retreat and access was allowed.  On the Edge and Apex the folks issuing me a locker key referred to a list and did ask about suite type.

Thanks all.

 

Last cruise on Edge, I received free access, had my prepaid one refunded to OBC. Reason I asked on the forum was it seemed sort of unofficial so didn't know if this was a one off or could expect the same.

 

Will report back if NOT granted,
