Concierge E-Mail Time Window

We are sailing in just over 2 weeks on Grandeur OTS and curious when we should be looking for the Welcome Aboard e-mail from the Concierge? We are booked in a GS and have heard we should be receiving communication prior to sailing for assistance in booking things like dining, etc. We have UDP and I have been trying to book our dining reservations in the app but it's trying to charge me for each meal and could use the assistance. I have also been checking my junk mail as sadly some good stuff ends up in there sometimes.

Awesome!! Thanks' y'all for the replies!! This is our first time using UDP so wasn't sure how it works and it's looking like our sailing is 100% (more than that) capacity and didn't want to miss out on getting a space for reservations.
