Sunday traffic FLL to Miami Cruise Terminal

Can anyone give me any actual knowledge on potential traffic between Fort Lauderdale airport and Miami Cruise Terminal (for Virgin).

I’ll be travelling around 1130am on Sunday 26 March. Google Maps says it’s about 40 mins without traffic, and that I shouldn’t expect much traffic at that time on a Sunday.

Can anyone offer any further insight?

It is 100% dependent on anything going on in Miami at that time. If it is not an event weekend or a marathon, 40 minutes is right. If there is something going on, it can take 4-5 hours if not longer. Always look to if any events are going on the morning or weekend of your cruise.

Just seen that Ultra Music Festival is on in Bayside this weekend. FFS
