Tendering in Geiranger

Recommended Posts

When tendering in Geiranger....what is the process of getting tendering tickets if NOT going on a ship excursion......we will be on the NCL Prima in August.  Can I get them as soon as we embark on a kiosk? or the day before Geiranger? Also can I get tender tickets for other people in our group (2 rooms)?  Thanks for the information.

Tender procedures are cruise line specific - you must ask at the NCL forum. Tender tickets are not something you purchase - normally tender tickets are used by the cruise line to control the flow at disembarkation at a tender port in the morning - after the ‘rush hour’ you’ll not need tickets. - you’ll not need any tickets when you embark the ship.

Thank you for the correction - again very cruise line specific. Normally tenders are operating continuously - depending on number of tenders - either ship tenders or local boats. Time for last tender announced at the pier.
