Celebrity Equinox night life

My niece is considering this ship for her honeymoon in September. She talked to somebody who previously cruised Celebrity. They liked celebrity, but said there was virtually no nightlife. She is in her early 40s and her partner is 27. So, they do definitely want some nightlife and some activity at night. Can you give some  input please. Much appreciated.

The Martini Bar is open late. The late night dancing is up at the Sky Lounge, and there sometimes is a pool party that can run late. Whether anyone else is there can vary from cruise to cruise and night to night.

The nightlife can vary by where the ship is sailing and time of year.  We have found the new Edge class ships seem to have a slightly younger demographic than the other classes.  The Club on the E class seems to very busy late.

In comparison to Royal Caribbean which has high energy at night.  Celebrity is more sedate.  There are shows in the theater each night. There is a Silent Disco on a couple of nights, live music  and some dance parties.   Equinox has a relaxing atmosphere but it is by no means a party ship catering to her age group.

If they want nightlife it's not for them.  Any of the places mentioned above is hit or miss.    Sad to say there is a tradeoff..... Nice ships like Celebrity or nightlife.  We have talked many times about there isn't much to do at night on Celebrity especially if you don't drink.

Thanks. They aren’t looking for a Carnival type experience for night life. But, my niece has cruised Princess and has typically found Skywalkers Bar at night to be pretty lively. They are looking for a nice ship but at least some night life.
