The self testing is no longer required on Transatlantic and some Transpacific cruises.

Not bringing the cards would be silly.  They take very little space.  Are light weight and the rules might change without notice.

Celebrity recommends for our upcoming cruise the following under "Documentation": If you are vaccinated, plan to carry your vaccination documentation with you while in port should local authorities or businesses request it to help facilitate entry and/or experiences.

 

Sounds more like a request, but as others have commented, there's no reason not to, just in case.

Just bring them.  They won't take up much space in your baggage.
