It is pure and simple - honesty with yourself. I put on weight due to stress and an addiction to sugar. It takes discipline and it helps to have support. Everyone develops habits to help reach their goals. Me I’m still struggling with candy… I can’t skip the aisle. I may have to start ordering online and picking up groceries. I can’t stick to eating plan. Jazzpers feeling old and doesn’t want to do our long walks anymore. Haven’t weighed. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I stayed the same, but can't seem to lose, which I'm sure means that I am not eating the way I should. Hope others will post and let us know how you are all doing.
