Planner items become available at different times - keep checking. Prices vary by ship, so if you post that someone may have prices.

I would never pre-book a spa appointment.  Wait until you get onboard and see what specials are offered.

I don't agree.  Hair bundles and Thermal Spa packages are much cheaper if booked prior to boarding.
