Dinner again in Atlantide.

Rojaan had the day's asparagus starter and I the tuna.

Sticking to the day's menu Rojaan had the duck and I the Malabar chicken. Rojaan really liked the duck but I found the chicken not really spicy.

Woke to the arrival into Valencia.

Arriving just before us the MSC Seashore. Looks bigger than the Grandiosa but has less passengers. Still nearly 5000.

You may have noticed quite a few narrow houses in this area. Most were of 4 stories so no area for a lift so it was up a circular staircase such as this one in a shop.

On the outside a pulley system to get larger or heavy objects up to the higher stories..

Now came our rest stop at this 200 year old cafe run by the same family.

So a drink called Horchata made from tiger nuts with copious sugar. Quite sweet.

Spain has  interesting  architecture and cites to explore, with a dynamic history of various regions  and it peoples. It is endlessly fascinating.  Thanks for the pcictures, it bring back memories.
