Booking excursions and specialty dining

Hi there,

my husband and I are cruising the fjords on the 3rd June this year with our friends who are in another cabin. I was just wondering if anyone knows how we can book excursions together before we sail to make sure we are on same trips etc, and also for the specialty dining. Our booking is linked but not sure if I could book a restaurant table for all four of us or would we have to book them separately

You should both be able to book excursions before you sail through your cruise personaliser. I think they will be there to book now, if not keeping checking.

With excursions you can only book for those in your cabin. However, as long as both couples book the same excursion times you can travel together. Just make sure that on the day you arrive together for the excursions and that way you will be on the same coach.
 

With speciality dining, as far as I know, you can book for more than the number in your cabin, so one person can make the booking for four, so that you are seated on one table.

For excursion you can book separately. Just turn up together to get on the same coach.

Some popular early excursions have multiple coaches, and require you to turn up to a location onboard. If this is the case, ensure you turn up together to collect the same coach number/same number round sticker!!!
