Mexican Riviera Cruises - none in February?

I'm just looking at departures to Mexico out of San Diego and there are none listed for February in 2024 or 2025. What is the reason for this? Charters?

The ship (Koningsdam) which does the Mexican Riviera cruises out of SD will be sailing to Hawaii and Marquesas in February.

HAL Does have s few Mexico cruises in January and March on the Koingsdam when not doing the Circle Hawaii cruises. Looks like February is only the Hawaii cruises.
