locked out of account

anyone else have that issue?    I need to cancel a shore excursion but boy, hard to get to area to cancel. Then, lovely, locked out.  have to wait

 

Anyone found an easy way to cancel an excursion besides calling?   The site seems changed

Ya gotta wait it out. Usually no more than 20 minutes.

Log out, get a good nights sleep and go back tomorrow and it should be unlocked.
