Bought a promotion.  Beware — details given by Princess quite incomplete.  DO NOT BUY ONE.  Not getting what they promoted.  Won’t let us out of promotion.  Won’t answer calls and actually misinform you should you happen to reach someone.  Finally called promotions office in Scottsdale AZ.  They answer the phone.  Ask for supervisor. Will at least answer some questions.

Are these people the same company that has taken over the Future cruise department & Captain Circle on board the ships?

Wow, thanks to all that have contributed their experiences.

 

This sounds like an outright scam but also sounds like a legit partnership with Princess since they appear to have accurate individual historical cruising info.  If this is the case, Princess needs to be made aware. And hopefully, as a reputable business, Princess will step in to stop this activity/company if those affected report these similar horror experiences.
