Any wine brough on in U.S. ports will be held until the last night of the cruise.  on European cruises, you can bring wine on at each port.

Cruises that start and end in the US, they collect all adult beverages in ports

Thanks.  I knew that but after reading that response I was kind of hoping CCL changed it's policy.  I've often wondered why it's permitted in Europe but not in USA.

Liquor and liquor liability laws are different.

You can bring as many bottles as you want at each port in Europe🥴.  I asked one of the crew members working security entering the ship last year (on the Pride), how many bottles we are allowed to bring on at each port.  He said "If you can buy it, you can bring it on board."  Then he laughed and said "But just remember that's not how it works back home."

So you said Starting or ending in the US.

Actually she said  "Cruises that start and end in the US, they collect all adult beverages in ports"

You can bring as much alcohol on board bought in Europe on a transatlantic cruise heading back to the United States.   You may have to deal with customs if you bring back more than the allowable limits.😁
