Pearl Thermal Spa hours?

We have already purchased the Thermal Spa on an upcoming Bermuda cruise. What time on day 1 can we start using it?  After lunch at 2ish?

I think after the ship sails. I've never used it the first day.

It officially opens at sail away time. Until then, they will have tour groups going through the Thermal Suite. And... they don't want you laying there while they try and sell passes. They will have coed tour groups going through the locker rooms.
