Difference between Sail Away Inside and Inside Stateroom Guarantee?

Difference between Sail Away Inside and Inside Guarantee?  I know in the past there may have been a difference in relation to the Free at Sea perks, but both showing as full Free at Sea available.  Small price difference.

Are you sure the Sail Away shows the FULL set of Free at Sea options?  It normally would only show the "Free" excursions portion.

Yes, definitely, all 4 of them there for the normal upgrade price.  (booking from Ireland, not sure if booking from Europe makes a difference).  I went for the guarantee rather than sail away for the extra €20, but not sure if it makes a difference....

Booking from Ireland is the answer.  In the US, a Sailaway rate only gives you the excursion option included (not even an choice to book FAS) while a Guarantee Inside will let you decide if you want the FAS. Would be curious to know what the 20Euro difference is.
