Seward - anywhere to buy wine?

Any suggestions on where to purchase a couple of bottles of wine in Seward before boarding?

The shuttle bus that goes around town stops near the Safeway store, which is probably your best bet.  Tony’s Bar and Liquor Store by the Sea Life Center also has a limited selection.

I believe Carrs Safeway on the Seward Hwy is the closest to the ship and they have wine in the attached liquor store.  It's about a mile walk each way.  There is a shuttle, but you should know the stops, direction and frequency to use it efficiently.  Don't rely on the information online as much is out of date post pandemic.  CALL the Seward Chamber of Commerce for the information, schedule and stops for most up to date information.

Or you could just ask the driver when you get on the shuttle.  I've had a few "quirky" drivers, and if they don't have anyone asking to go to Safeway, they may skip it.  They might make a detour for someone, and the schedule tends to be fluid. Most of them are happy to point out the sights along the way.
