Disembarking from Whittier

We disembark from Whittier (Princess cruise line), but our flight home isn't until 3:45 that afternoon.

I'd love a recommendation for what to do in the meantime!

Family of 4, two adults, two active children.

 

We will need some sort of transportation included.

You will need to be at the Anchorage Airport at 1:45 PM at the latest.  Consider a Princess transfer to the airport which includes a stop at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center.

 

Also look at the Salmon Berry Travel and Tours website for their Whittier to Anchorage airport offerings.

Not sure who you are flying on but you could take your transfer, check your luggage and walk over to the Alaska Aviation Air Museum and take a stroll around Lake Hood if you are able bodied.
