Same here Dave old habits of getting up at 4am when I was working .

 

Have you noticed there only seems to be a "select" few at 6-6.30 am 🙃

Me too. But my wife needs a lot more sleep than I do, and we’d have to have separate breakfasts. I entirely take your point though - best part of the day.
