I mean the concierge, the lounge staff, the cabin attendant and the butler.  I’ve had great service.  I’m impressed they remember our names considering how many people they are helping.

We do tip.  It sounds like you are suggesting a tip for doing their job.  I would call it a tip for excellent service.

A pro tip, take pictures of their name tags and tell them you'll be mentioning them in the survey (it makes them very happy to hear that)...From there, I write their name in down in a notes app and also write their position (Blu waiter, for example)...Also, don't forget to mention them in the survey

Isn't it too bad that we have to " remind " people to tip.

I am not referring to anyone in particular---- Only those that use " Gratuities Included " as an excuse--- a good example is room service delivery. How anyone can order a " pile of food "and not give the delivery person a few $$ is just not right------ Ok, Ok , I get it---- who am I to tell you what to do.

Guess why Celebrity added 18% gratuity to the Specialty restaurants ??
