How do you update or refresh the medallion app?   We switch cruises and it still shows the old one.   I prefer not to delete and download as that caused issues before.  Thx

That information comes from central servers and not from the App on your phone.  You can use App settings for the Princess App to clear data and cache and try again.  You do need to update the App when new releases come out as there are bug fixes from time to time.  Some phones will auto-update and other situation settings you need to make the update happen.

Also, if you just booked your new cruise, give it a week or a few days to update in the App.  The old one will fall off.

Main thing is that your new booking shows correctly on the website.

Do you know how to look at different bookings in the app? Some are not aware that you can click/tap on your profile picture and you will then see other cruises that are booked. As @PacnGoNowsays above...the old one will eventually drop out but your new one *may* already be available.
